The Group Travel Savings: We offer contracted savings of 10-40% off most major carriers, and in all cases we cross evaluate the overall ticket prices against all wholesale, internet and contracted providers, continually throughout the process. We negotiate every element of the Group Travel program inclusive of all staffing and equipment costs. We provide pre-qualified vendor support and can guarantee a quality product of service and good value. Our CPU Group Travel Management team reviews and analyzes all inclusions presented for best value, while monitoring the registration process for all requests to assure a quality controlled service is provided with an overall confirmation that all pre requisites, travel policy inclusions and aggressive cost negotiations have been met.
The Group Travel Management Fee: Our fees are based on a per itinerary bases which allows the attendee an opportunity to complete the registration process inclusive of the air, car rental or ground and hotel accommodations for one pre negotiated approved fee. We can offer further savings if Corporate Planners is offered the daily individual travel activity, where by the group travel fees are waived or lowered even further.
