We can establish an on-site travel
department or a Corporate Travel Unlimited (CTU) centrally supported
management program in two to six weeks. This time is spent installing
the necessary equipment, reviewing your travel policy, conducting
training seminars, gathering data and selecting the CTU services
that suit your needs. CTU
prefers to have the on-site location ready several days before the
first reservation is arranged to allow us to get any possible updates
or final requests on line, so that our first day runs perfectly.
CTU will assign a Regional Accounts
Manager who will oversee the implementation process from the first
day your account is awarded to us. This manager will work closely
with your designated staff members so that the transition will be
smooth and successful. Once the transition is made, the Regional
Accounts Manager will continue to work closely with your staff to
confirm that our programs and service levels meet your expectations.
